In celebration of Women’s History Month in March, the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association is proud to present the Influential Woman and the Rising Woman awards, recognizing women in talent acquisition who make a difference in the life of their organizations, their teams and their clients. |
Women in the staffing and recruiting space lack recognition and growth opportunities according to a 2020 study conducted by ClearlyRated.
"Most companies target women as end users, but few are effectively utilizing female employees when it comes to innovating for female consumers. When women are empowered in the design and innovation process, the likelihood of success in the marketplace improves by 144%!” - Indra Nooyi |
Last year, the Women in RPO award made such an impact on those recognized. Women in recruitment process outsourcing (and talent acquisition as a whole) deserve to be celebrated for their contribution and the impact they make every day.
For the third year, the RPOA is proud to present the Influential Woman in TA and Rising Woman in TA awards, honoring women’s achievements in the talent acquisition field. #WomenInTA.
“Celebrating women's achievements and increasing visibility, while calling out inequality, is key.” |
