Pam Verhoff 

President, Advanced RPO

Pam is an accomplished executive leader that has extensive experience building RPO businesses and solutions, as well as developing growth strategy. Pam is responsible for all aspects of strategic planning, sales and marketing, operations, financial management and compliance for Advanced RPO. Her success has largely been a result of building high performance teams and creating a values-driven culture resulting in exceptional employee engagement.

Pam is passionate about impacting every client’s talent acquisition results. The ultimate compliment is when clients tell her that Advanced RPO “gets it”.  She hears it often and Pam believes it’s a result of the experience and strength of the team along with the unique approach we take with each client engagement. Our agenda is not to disrupt, it is to collaborate, innovate and leverage best practices to create an efficient hiring program. Pam’s goal is provide business leaders peace of mind by creating confidence in their talent acquisition function.


Jason Krumwiede

Executive Vice President, Broadleaf Results

With twenty years of experience in leadership, business development, consulting, and management within the realms of Talent Acquisition and Human Capital services, Jason brings a wealth of expertise. In his role as a trusted advisor, he aims to assist clients in optimizing their recruitment and staffing processes by identifying opportunities for scalability and standardization through innovative, value-driven solutions. Through collaborative efforts and a thorough analysis of a client's hiring procedures, workforce, cost framework, and systems, Jason works in partnership to question and enhance their existing delivery structure. He strategically explores the use of recruitment outsourcing and assessments to achieve superior outcomes. Additionally, Jason actively contributes as an Advisory Member to the RPOA, offering guidance for the association's growth and development.


Kim Davis

Sr. Managing Partner at KRD Resources LLC

Kim Davis is a highly recognized RPO consultant helping firms successfully start, grow, expand, and sell their RPO business. He is an Operating Partner at Vistria Group, a large Chicago based private investment firm, helping them to explore the RPO vertical. Kim is also a Senior Advisor at Future Solve, an HR consulting firm focused on the mid-market.

Prior to his current roles, Kim started and sold three talent acquisition firms, including a fourth largest career transition firm, a top 10 contingency recruitment business, a top 15 retain search firm, a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) firm ranked #5 on the HRO Today RPO Baker’s Dozen list, Inc. 500 Company, and the first talent acquisition firm to be ISO 9001 registered and Q1 certified.

Kim is a renowned speaker featured in webcasts and conferences. He authored numerous articles and whitepapers published in several trade publications with topics ranging from the future of talent acquisition to, most recently, the myths and features of RPO. In addition, Kim served two terms as an HRO Today board member, providing vision and direction for the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) verticals. Kim acted as personal advisor and coach to CEOs of startups, small, midsize, and enterprise national/global recruitment firms.


Joe Marino

Chief Growth Officer, Hueman

Joe Marino is the Chief Growth Officer of Hueman People Solutions and oversees the company's Talent Consulting Practice, Business Development, and Brand Marketing and leads many of its strategic partnerships. He has a firm commitment to driving Hueman’s culture, known as ‘A Culture-by-Design.’ Joe has over 25 years of experience in recruiting and talent consulting and regularly presents at national and regional conferences. Joe is also an active participant in national and local charities and enjoys spending time with his family, participating in outdoor activities, and traveling.


Andrea Barre

RPO Executive Vice President, AgileOne

Andrea Barre is a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive with over 18 years of experience in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent across diverse industries. Her strategic approach and keen understanding of recruitment and market trends have made her an invaluable asset in building high-performing teams that drive organizational success. 

In her current role as Vice President at AgileOne, Andrea leads the RPO Recruitment Process Outsourcing Division, leveraging best in class talent and technology to give clients a strategic advantage. Andrea is passionate about mentoring emerging TA and HR professionals and frequently shares her insights at industry conferences and events. Outside of work, she volunteers locally promoting career development and education and travels extensively with her husband and two daughters.


Sarah Peiker

CEO, Empower Partnerships

Sarah Peiker is an accomplished and visionary chief executive known for her deep expertise in the talent solutions space and track record of achieving unprecedented growth for multiple organizations. Beginning with HR roles in the hospitality industry, Peiker quickly ascended to leadership roles in prominent recruitment and outsourcing firms including CRI, ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions, Orion Talent, and now – Empower Partnerships. Her strong people-focused leadership style, coupled with her growth mindset, solidify her as a proven leader in the industry.

Utilizing solutions built for the new age of talent and workforce planning, Peiker architects tailored solutions that effectively target select talent pools yielding substantial cost savings for her clients. During her tenure at Orion, Peiker created innovative military solutions to attract and recruit service members into clients’ roles, providing millions in annual savings. She has also developed proprietary technology stacks at both ManpowerGroup and Orion, which resulted in unprecedented levels of cost efficiencies.

As CEO of Empower, Peiker leads a transformative period for the company as she positions it for substantial growth while aligning the right offerings to help companies in the mid-market hire and retain exceptional talent. Peiker is passionate about leading teams with authenticity, trust, and transparency. Her distinct ability to continue to grow an exceptional organization while championing its vision, strategy, processes and solutions further highlights her commitment to cultivating a high performing work environment.

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University and calls Denver, Colorado her home.
