The Must-Have Tools for Your RPO Tech Stack
According to the 2023 State of Global RPO study from Everest Group, access to analytics and technology capabilities are some of the critical considerations for buyers in their TA program and vendor selection process. As a matter of fact, technology has become table stakes and an RPO provider is at a competitive disadvantage when they are absent. So, what does a robust RPO tech stack look like? How can you identify the best-in-class providers in a crowded technology landscape?
For our first iCoCo Forum in 2024, we’re fortunate to welcome serial RPO entrepreneur and RPOA Advisory Board member, Kim Davis, to provide a general overview of the talent technology landscape for RPO providers. Kim designed a technology map of best-in-class tech companies that you must consider for your RPO tech stack.
Kim defines 17 RPO Tech categories and lists best-in-class and other companies for each:
- Applicant Tracking System
- Programmatic Job Distribution and Advertising
- Candidate Sourcing
- Market Research
- Job Posting Sites
- Text Messaging
- Automated hourly recruitment solution
- Audio/video interviewing
- Self-scheduling tools
- Online Testing and Assessment
- Background Checks
- More
In the second half of the meeting, we will open the floor for peer discussions to share experiences related to the RPO tech stack and plan future iCoCo forum topics.
This meeting is exclusive to iCoCo members and invited guests only. Contact lamees@rpoassociation.org with any inquiries.
