Kristine Metter, MS, CAE is President of Crystal Lake Partners and has nearly 30 years of experience helping associations strengthen strategy, governance, and organizational effectiveness. A nationally recognized advocate for foresight as a leadership competency, Kristine previously served as co-chair of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) ForesightWorks Advisory Committee and regularly speaks on helping organizations prepare for an increasingly uncertain future.
Her career includes senior leadership positions with America's Essential Hospitals, the Visiting Nurse Associations of America (VNAA), AcademyHealth, and the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA). Kristine combines strategic expertise with practical guidance to help leaders transform future-focused thinking into meaningful action.
