AI Impact Taskforce

The AI Impact Taskforce examines how artificial intelligence and automation are transforming RPO operations, workforce models, and pricing strategies. The group identifies best practices, ethical considerations, and business implications for RPO providers adopting AI technologies. Its goal is to help RPOA members navigate AI adoption responsibly while maintaining operational excellence and human value in recruitment.

Research Committee

The Research Committee guides and informs RPOA’s annual RPO Buyer Trends Study and other research initiatives that strengthen the organization’s thought leadership and market intelligence.

Committee members—representing corporate and community members—advise on research topics, review survey questions, provide feedback on data narratives, and support the launch and promotion of each study. Their insights help shape the industry’s most trusted source of RPO market data and analysis.

Member Engagement Committee

The Member Engagement Committee focuses on enhancing the value and experience of RPOA’s community membership. Comprised of active community members, the committee advises on engagement strategies, member programs, peer forums, and content initiatives that strengthen connection and professional growth across the global RPO community.

iCoCo Technology & Innovation Forum Committee

As part of the RPOA’s iCoCo (Innovative Community Connections) initiative, this committee plans and curates the monthly Technology & Innovation Forum meetings. Members identify relevant topics, recruit expert speakers, and help connect RPO leaders with technology partners who are driving innovation in recruitment. The committee also helps enhance the iCoCo partner experience through education, collaboration, and visibility.

Global Expansion Committee

The Global Expansion Committee explores opportunities to extend RPOA’s reach and impact internationally. Members evaluate potential partnerships, assess global market dynamics, and recommend strategies to engage RPO and talent acquisition leaders in key regions outside the United States. The committee’s work supports RPOA’s long-term vision to build a global community for RPO excellence.
