Registration Fees
Registration fees range between $750 and $1,250 based on membership status. A limited number of discounted tickets are offered to the first few non-members.
*Technology and other vendors that work with RPOs need to sponsor the event to attend.
REGISTRATION CLOSES SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2024.
Accommodations
The RPOA has secured a special rate of $259 USD per night for a limited number of guest rooms on Sunday, September 28 and Monday, September 29 at LondonHouse Chicago. Reservations must be made before 5:00 P.M. CST, Friday, August 29th, 2025. Rate includes basic guest room Wi-Fi. Hotel reservation link will be emailed upon registration.
Cancellation Policy
Registration for RPOA Annual Conference is only confirmed when registration fees are paid in full online with a credit card payment. Once registration is confirmed, the following cancellation policy applies.
Registration transfer will be accepted with no fee until 7 days before the event.
All cancellations will be subject to a 25 percent processing fee up to 30 days before the event.
No refund will be given for cancellations after 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time 30 days prior to the start of the event.
