Executive Vice President, Hueman

Joe has served as Executive Vice President of Hueman People Solutions since March 2009. As a member of the leadership team, Joe oversees Hueman’s Consulting Practice, Business Development, and has oversight over many of Hueman’s strategic partnerships. Hueman provides RPO Services, Subscription Recruiting Services, Executive Search Services and Talent Acquisition Consulting Services. Joe manages Hueman’s Albuquerque Office and plays an active role in engaging Hueman’s remote team-members. He has a firm commitment to driving the organization's culture, known as ‘A Culture-by-Design’.

Joe has over 23 years’ experience within the recruiting and consulting industry. He has spent time within large, publicly traded organizations, such as AMN Healthcare Services, where he was responsible for over $300 million in annualized revenue during his 8-year tenure. Joe has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, along with international recruitment to the United States. Joe started his career with Arthur Andersen LLP in New York City where he obtained his CPA license.

Joe presents 2-3 times each year and has presented at national and regional conferences over 20 times in the last decade on recruitment strategies, culture, employee engagement, creating great candidate and employer experiences, Digital Recruitment Marketing and Search Engine Optimization within Talent Acquisition Function. Joe has presented over 15 times with the past Most recently, Joe spoke at the ASHHRA 2019 conference on how to “cultivate a candidate-centric recruitment experience” within your organization. Community Involvement and Educational Information
Joe also was a member of the advisory committee for Grand Canyon University’s nursing program from 2015 through 2018. He is an active participant in national and local charities including the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Corrales International School and the New Mexico Kids Triathlon.
He obtained his Bachelor of Science in accounting and a minor in business from the State University of New York at Albany.

On a Personal Note
In his spare time, Joe enjoys spending time with his family and his two daughters in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. He is an avid snowboarder, enjoys participating in triathlons, cycling events, running event, camping and being outdoors in general. He and his children are avid travelers and they enjoy visiting with the pilots when they board their flights.
