 | JENNIFER (JEN) TORRESMSP Leader, PeopleScout Jennifer “Jen” has more than 13 years’ experience as a partner to Fortune 100 companies seeking Managed Workforce Solutions & Total Talent Advisory. Her creativity and innovation helped some of the country’s largest financial and technology institutions launch and develop workforce operations into industry-leading programs. She is known for her “passion for people” and excellence in leading custom workforce solutions with emphasis on customer service. Prior to joining PeopleScout, Jen had executive oversight for the largest financial global MSP operation in North America. During her more than a decade of service, Jen has held various leadership roles in client delivery and program operations. Jen is personally passionate about involvement in volunteerism, diversity networks and with disability affinity groups that have a greater positive impact on the communities they operate in. Jen attended the University of North Carolina in Charlotte and is an avid international traveler. |
